Ingredients:
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Bowl Curd (Dahi)
- 1/2 Bowl Cream (Malai)
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- Milk as required
- Chocolate Syrup for garnish
- Kiwi for garnish
Method:
- Seave all the dry ingredients (All Purpose Flour, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, Baking Soda) in a bowl.
- In another bowl, add cream,curd and Sugar. Whisk it until creamy consistency.
- Now add dry ingredients mixture one spoon at a time and mix it to avoid lumps.
- If the mixture is too thick. So now add 5 tbsp milk and whisk continuously.
- Cake Batter is ready. We've added 8-10 spoon of milk in it.
- Now grease the Microwave Safe dish with oil and dust flour in it to avoid sticking of cake.
- Now pour in the cake batter in Microwave Safe Dish and tap a bit to remove air.
- Finally place it in Microwave and bake for 7-8 Minutes at 60% Power.
- Chocolate cake is ready. Keep it aside and let it cool at room temperature for 5-10 Minutes.
- Garnish it with chocolate syrup and kiwi.
