Microwave Chocolate Cake





Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Bowl Curd (Dahi)
  • 1/2 Bowl Cream (Malai)
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • Milk as required
  • Chocolate Syrup for garnish
  • Kiwi for garnish

Method:

  1. Seave all the dry ingredients (All Purpose Flour, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, Baking Soda) in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, add cream,curd and Sugar. Whisk it until creamy consistency.
  3. Now add dry ingredients mixture one spoon at a time and mix it to avoid lumps.
  4. If the mixture is too thick. So now add 5 tbsp milk and whisk continuously.
  5. Cake Batter is ready. We've added 8-10 spoon of milk in it.
  6. Now grease the Microwave Safe dish with oil and dust flour in it to avoid sticking of cake.
  7. Now pour in the cake batter in Microwave Safe Dish and tap a bit to remove air.
  8. Finally place it in Microwave and bake for 7-8 Minutes at 60% Power.
  9. Chocolate cake is ready. Keep it aside and let it cool at room temperature for 5-10 Minutes.
  10. Garnish it with chocolate syrup and kiwi.

Blend anjeer and khajoor in blender to make paste. Cook anjeer khajoor mixture on low flame for 5 minutes till they turn soft and mushy. Add all the dry fruits in the mixture and mix well. Transfer the mixture to greased box and keep it in fridge for 2 hours. Cut square pieces of Anjeer Barfi. Serve with anything that you like.
