Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Wheat Flour
- 1/2 Cup Gram Flour
- 1 Bowl Spring Onion (Chopped)
- 2 Green Chillies (Chopped)
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to Taste
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (For Colour)
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together and add 1-1/2 tbsp oil.
- Now knead soft dough using water.
- No need to rest the dough. Now start making paranthas quickly.
- Now take a small lump of dough and start rolling it using rolling pin.
- Place the parantha on tawa and cook on a medium flame, from both sides using little oil until both sides will turn light brown in colour.
- Serve it with butter,pickle or curd.
