Spring Onion Parantha | Hare Pyaz ka Parantha





Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Gram Flour
  • 1 Bowl Spring Onion (Chopped)
  • 2 Green Chillies (Chopped)
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder  (For Colour)


Method:


  1. Mix all the ingredients together and add 1-1/2 tbsp oil. 
  2. Now knead soft dough using water.
  3. No need to rest the dough. Now start making paranthas quickly.
  4. Now take a small lump of dough and start rolling it using rolling pin.
  5. Place the parantha on tawa and cook on a medium flame, from both sides using little oil until both sides will turn light brown in colour.
  6. Serve it with butter,pickle or curd.
