Ingredients:
- 2 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 Bowl Curd
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Mix all the ingredients together and knead a dough using lukewarm water.
- Knead soft and smooth dough with oil. It will take 10-15 minutes to knead a smooth dough.
- Now apply oil on top of the dough and cover it with muslin cloth and lid. Keep it aside for 2-3 Hours.
- Dough is ready. Now we'll start making pizza base.
- Now take a small portion of dough and roll it to form a thick chapati using dry flour.
- Now place pizza in the pan and make small holes all over the pizza using fork. Cook it on low-medium flame for 2-3 minutes by covering it with lid.
- Flip it upside down and reduce the flame.
- Firstly layer 2-3 tbsp pizza sauce and then place chopped Red - Green -Yellow Bell Peppers , onion, tomatoes and boiled corn over it.
- Now Sprinkle salt and mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza.You can stir fry the veggies toppings before applying it on pizza if you want.
- Cook pizza by covering it with lid until cheese gets melted on low flame.
- Delicious pizza is ready to serve. Sprinkle mixed herbs or oregano and chilli flakes on top of the pizza.
- Serve it hot with sauce.
