Veg Pan Pizza without Yeast




Ingredients:
  • 2 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Bowl Curd
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil
Method:
  1. Mix all the ingredients together and knead a dough using lukewarm water.
  2. Knead soft and smooth dough with oil. It will take 10-15 minutes to knead a smooth dough.
  3. Now apply oil on top of the dough and cover it with muslin cloth and lid. Keep it aside for 2-3 Hours.
  4. Dough is ready. Now we'll start making pizza base.
  5. Now take a small portion of dough and roll it to form a thick chapati using dry flour.
  6. Now place pizza in the pan and make small holes all over the pizza using fork. Cook it on low-medium flame for 2-3 minutes by covering it with lid.
  7. Flip it upside down and reduce the flame. 
  8. Firstly layer 2-3 tbsp pizza  sauce and then place chopped Red - Green -Yellow Bell Peppers , onion, tomatoes and boiled corn over it. 
  9. Now Sprinkle salt and mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza.You can stir fry the veggies toppings before applying it on pizza  if you want. 
  10. Cook pizza by covering it with lid until cheese gets melted on low flame.
  11. Delicious pizza is ready to serve. Sprinkle mixed herbs or oregano and chilli flakes on top of the pizza.
  12. Serve it hot with sauce.
