Ingredients:
- 1 Bowl Cornmeal Flour (Makki Atta)
- 1/2 Bowl Roasted Chickpea Flour (Roasted Chana Atta)
- 1 Bowl Curd (Dahi)
- 1/2 Bowl Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
- 1 Tbsp Fennel Powder (Saunf Powder)
- 3-4 Cloves Garlic (Lehsun)- Chopped
- 1 Green Chilli (Hari Mirch)- Chopped
- A pinch of Powdered Sugar
- Salt to taste
- Coriander Leaves - Chopped
- Mint Leaves - Chopped
Method:
- In a bowl, take curd,cottage cheese, Green Chilli, Garlic, Fennel Powder, Coriander-Mint leaves, Powdered Sugar and Salt.
- Mix all the ingredients together to make a smooth batter and keep it aside.
- Now heat the pan and add 2 tbsp oil in it.You can add Butter or Ghee if you want.
- Now add Roasted Chickpea flour and saute for few minutes on low flame.
- Then add Cornmeal Flour and saute for few minutes again by mixing it properly.
- Finally add curd mixture that we've prepared and keep mixing it until it comes together.
- Mixture is ready. Keep aside for few minute and let it cool down .
- Now make small cutlets from the prepared mixture.
- Now deep fry the cutlets on low flame until golden brown.
- It will take 2-3 minutes to fry cutlets from both sides on low flame.
- Cutlets are ready. Put them on tissue paper to remove excess oil.
- Dahi Saufiana Tikki is ready. Serve them hot with Green Chutney or Sauce.
