Rava Toast



Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Curd
  • 1 Cup Semolina (Suji/Rava)
  • 1 Medium Tomato (Chopped)
  • 1 Medium Onion (Chopped)
  • 2 Green Chilli (Chopped)
  • 1/2 Capcicum (Chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
  • 6 Bread Slice
  • Desi Ghee for cooking
  • Salt to taste


Method:

  1. Take a bowl and add semolina, Curd, Capcisum, Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves, Onion, Tomato and Salt. Mix all the ingredients together to make thick batter.
  2. Batter is ready. Now we'll apply it on bread slices.
  3. Apply Desi Ghee over the pan  and place the bread slice upside down and let it cook till golden brown on medium flame.
  4. Apply some desi ghee on the other side as well and flip it to roast it from other side.
  5. Rava Toast is ready. It will take around 5-7 minutes to roast the toast from both sides.
  6. Serve it hot with Green Coriander Chutney or Tomato Sauce.

Blend anjeer and khajoor in blender to make paste. Cook anjeer khajoor mixture on low flame for 5 minutes till they turn soft and mushy. Add all the dry fruits in the mixture and mix well. Transfer the mixture to greased box and keep it in fridge for 2 hours. Cut square pieces of Anjeer Barfi. Serve with anything that you like.
