Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Curd
- 1 Cup Semolina (Suji/Rava)
- 1 Medium Tomato (Chopped)
- 1 Medium Onion (Chopped)
- 2 Green Chilli (Chopped)
- 1/2 Capcicum (Chopped)
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
- 6 Bread Slice
- Desi Ghee for cooking
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take a bowl and add semolina, Curd, Capcisum, Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves, Onion, Tomato and Salt. Mix all the ingredients together to make thick batter.
- Batter is ready. Now we'll apply it on bread slices.
- Apply Desi Ghee over the pan and place the bread slice upside down and let it cook till golden brown on medium flame.
- Apply some desi ghee on the other side as well and flip it to roast it from other side.
- Rava Toast is ready. It will take around 5-7 minutes to roast the toast from both sides.
- Serve it hot with Green Coriander Chutney or Tomato Sauce.
