Ingredients:
- 1 Big Bowl Cornmeal Flour
- 1 Small Bowl Wheat Flour
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Carom Seeds
- 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together and knead stiff dough using lukewarm water.
- Dough is ready. Cover it with plate and Keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.
- Knead the dough again with some oil.
- Now divide the dough in four equal parts.
- Take one part and roll in to form thin paratha using rolling pin by using oil.
- Now prick it evenly with a fork and cut in 16 equal triangles and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a wok and deep fry nacho chips by flipping it on medium flame until golden brown.
- Nacho Chips take 5-6 minutes to turn crisp and golden brown.
- Nacho Chips are Ready to serve.
- Sprinkle chat masala over it and serve it with some Dip or Salsa.
