Nacho chips | How to Make Nachos | Quick Snacks Recipe




Ingredients:

  • 1 Big Bowl Cornmeal Flour 
  • 1 Small Bowl Wheat Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Carom Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste


Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and knead stiff dough using lukewarm water.
  2. Dough is ready. Cover it with plate and  Keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Knead the dough again with some oil.
  4. Now divide the dough in four equal parts.
  5. Take one part and roll in to form thin paratha using rolling pin by using oil.
  6. Now prick it evenly with a fork and cut in 16 equal triangles and keep aside.
  7. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry nacho chips by flipping it on medium flame until golden brown.
  8. Nacho Chips take 5-6 minutes to turn crisp and golden brown.
  9. Nacho Chips are Ready to serve.
  10. Sprinkle chat masala over it and serve it with some Dip or Salsa.
