Ingredients:
- 3 Medium Tomatoes (Finely Chopped)
- 1 Small Spring Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Garlic (Chopped)
- 1 Green Chilli (Chopped)
- 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp Oil
Method:
- Add Oil in a deep pan and add Chopped Garlic. Mix it well.
- Now add spring onion in it and mix well for few minutes until they turn golden brown.
- Now add tomatoes, Salt, Red Chilli Powder and green chilli. Mix well and Fry them for few minutes.
- Add oregano and cook for 2 minutes on high flame.
- Add sugar and about 1/2 bowl water. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Tomato Salsa is ready to serve. Serve it with Nachos or Chips.
