Homemade Tomato Salsa | Mexican Tomato Salsa



Ingredients:

  • 3 Medium Tomatoes (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 Small Spring Onion (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic (Chopped)
  • 1 Green Chilli (Chopped)
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Oil


Method:

  1. Add Oil in a deep pan and add Chopped Garlic. Mix it well.
  2. Now add spring onion in it and mix well for few minutes until they turn golden brown.
  3. Now add tomatoes, Salt, Red Chilli Powder and green chilli. Mix well and Fry them for few minutes.
  4. Add oregano and cook for 2 minutes on high flame.
  5. Add sugar and about 1/2 bowl water. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Tomato Salsa is ready to serve. Serve it with Nachos or Chips.
