Ingredients For Potato Mixture:
- 5-7 Boiled Potato (Mashed)
- 2 Medium Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 1 Green Chilli (Chopped)
- Coriander Leaves
- 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Tsp Garam Masala
- Salt to taste
Ingredients for dough:
- 1 Bowl Wheat Flour
- A pinch of Carom Seeds
- 1 Small Bowl of Ghee
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients of potato mixture together to make potato stuffing.
- Make a soft dough using all the ingredients with water.
- Now take a small lump of dough and roll it with the help of rolling pin.
- Now fill 1 tbsp stuffing in center of the wrap and fold the edges.
- Roll it a bit again using rolling pin to make kachori.
- Deep fry them on medium flame.
- Serve hot with kheer.
