Aloo Kachori | How to make Potato Kachori




Ingredients For Potato Mixture:

  • 5-7 Boiled Potato (Mashed)
  • 2 Medium Onion (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 Green Chilli (Chopped)
  • Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste


Ingredients for dough:

  • 1 Bowl Wheat Flour
  • A pinch of Carom Seeds
  • 1 Small Bowl of Ghee
  • Salt to taste


Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients of potato mixture together to make potato stuffing.
  2. Make a soft dough using all the ingredients with water.
  3. Now take a small lump of dough and roll it with the help of rolling pin.
  4. Now fill 1 tbsp stuffing in center of the wrap and fold the edges.
  5. Roll it a bit again using rolling pin to make kachori.
  6. Deep fry them on medium flame.
  7. Serve hot with kheer.
