Malai Paratha









Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • 1 tbsp Cream (Malai)
  • Coriander Leaves or Cilantro
  • Salt to taste
Method:

  • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.
  • Knead a soft dough using water and keep aside for 2 minutes.
  • Now take a small lump of dough and roll small or large paratha as you want.
  • Don't make thin paratha. Keep it a little thick.
  • Now roast paratha until golden brown from both sides using oil or desi ghee whatever you wish to use.
  • Serve it with tea, pickle or anything you want.
