Ingredients:
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.
- Knead a soft dough using water and keep aside for 2 minutes.
- Now take a small lump of dough and roll small or large paratha as you want.
- Don't make thin paratha. Keep it a little thick.
- Now roast paratha until golden brown from both sides using oil or desi ghee whatever you wish to use.
- Serve it with tea, pickle or anything you want.
