- Wash bathua thoroughly under water.
- Blanch bathua leaves in 1 cup boiling water for 1-2 minutes.
- Now blend it to form a fine paste in blender.
- Take a bowl and take 1-1/2 cups wheat flour. Add bathua paste in it and mix well.
- Now add garam masala and salt to taste in the mixture.
- Knead soft dough using the same water that we've used to boil bathua leaves.
- Now take a small lump of dough and roll small paratha.
- Sprinkle some ghee or oil in it and fold it in triangular form and roll paratha again.
- Now place paratha on tawa and cook it on medium/high flame by flipping it from both sides.
- Now apply desi ghee or oil on both sides and cook it until golden brown.
- Serve it hot with Tea,Pickle or Bathua Raita.
