Ingredients:
- 4 Big Potato (Boiled and Diced)
- 2 Medium Onion (Finely Chopped)
- Coriander Leaves
- 1 Green Chilli (Chopped)
- 4 Cloves garlic and ginger (Finely Chopped)
- 2 Big Tomatoes (Chopped)
- 1 Cup Green Peas
- 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Chat Masala
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat 2 tbsp desi ghee/oil in a pan.
- Then add cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste and green chillies and saute for few minutes.
- Then add onion and saute for a minute. Now throw in the green peas and toss for few minutes.
- Finally add tomatoes and fry it over medium flame for 1-2 minutes, We need to keep it a bit chunky.
- Now we'll add all the dry spices one by one and mix well (Red chilli powder,Chat Masala, Salt and Garam Masala).
- Finally we'll add boiled and diced potatoes in it and fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Aloo Matar Chaat is ready. Garnish it with Desi Ghee, onion and coriander leaves.
- Serve it hot with Paratha or Puri.
