Aloo Matar Chaat






Ingredients:
  • 4 Big Potato (Boiled and Diced)
  • 2 Medium Onion (Finely Chopped)
  • Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Green Chilli (Chopped)
  • 4 Cloves garlic and ginger (Finely Chopped)
  • 2 Big Tomatoes (Chopped)
  • 1 Cup Green Peas
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Chat Masala
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
Method:


  1. Heat 2 tbsp desi ghee/oil in a pan. 
  2. Then add cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste and green chillies and saute for few minutes.
  3. Then add onion and saute for a minute. Now throw in the green peas and toss for few minutes.
  4. Finally add tomatoes and fry it over medium flame for 1-2 minutes, We need to keep it a bit chunky.
  5. Now we'll add all the dry spices one by one and mix well (Red chilli powder,Chat Masala, Salt and Garam Masala).
  6. Finally we'll add boiled and diced potatoes in it and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Aloo Matar Chaat is ready. Garnish it with Desi Ghee, onion and coriander leaves.
  8. Serve it hot with Paratha or Puri.

Blend anjeer and khajoor in blender to make paste. Cook anjeer khajoor mixture on low flame for 5 minutes till they turn soft and mushy. Add all the dry fruits in the mixture and mix well. Transfer the mixture to greased box and keep it in fridge for 2 hours. Cut square pieces of Anjeer Barfi. Serve with anything that you like.
