Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Chana Dal (Soaked for 4-5 Hrs)
- 1 Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 1 Green Chilli (Chopped)
- Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
- 1 Tsp Soda
- 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Drain the soaked chana dal very well and grind to a course mixture without adding water in a grinder.
- Add Onion,Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves, Soda, Red chilli powder and salt to the dal mixture.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- The mixture should be moist and it must bind together while making Vada's.
- Make small dal vada and deep fry them on medium flame until golden brown.
- Serve it hot with Chutney or Sauce.
